Embark on an amazing desert journey starting from the town of Foum Zguid, where you’ll traverse ancient paths toward Ajermia, passing through a diverse landscape that combines rocky plateaus and sandy plains. Along the way, you’ll experience a tranquil atmosphere and encounter hospitable tribes that reflect the authentic spirit of southern Morocco. The adventure continues towards the dry Iriki Lake, where the salty ground blends with the endless horizon in a unique scene, before the journey takes you to the enchanting sand dunes. There, you can sandboard, or watch the sunset from the top of a dune amidst the stillness of the desert. An ideal journey for exploration enthusiasts, combining nature, history, and adventure.
2 Days / 1 Night
Upon arriving at Iriki Lake, you will settle into a quaint little house, where you can enjoy a warm meal and rest for the night. On the first day, you’ll embark on an exploration of the surrounding area, discovering fascinating rocks and ancient carvings that tell the stories of times long past. The second day will take you on an exhilarating off-road journey in a 4x4 vehicle, venturing into the vast sand dunes and the surrounding wilderness, offering a truly immersive desert experience. This unique journey allows you to combine both cultural discovery and thrilling adventure in the heart of the desert.
3 Days / 2 Nights
Day 1: Arriving at the desert, you’ll settle into a small, welcoming camp. After a hearty meal, you’ll embark on your first camel ride, exploring the nearby dunes as the sun sets. You’ll spend the night camping under the stars. Day 2: The next day, your camel trek continues, taking you deeper into the desert. You’ll ride through the endless sand dunes and rocky terrain. After a traditional desert meal, you’ll camp near an oasis, surrounded by towering dunes. Day 3: On the final day, you’ll enjoy a morning ride through the desert before reaching a stunning viewpoint. After taking in the vast desert landscape, you’ll return to your starting point, filled with memories.
