Scope

These terms govern all bookings made online via the irrikitourism platform. By confirming a booking, the client accepts these conditions in full.

Booking & Process

  • The client is solely responsible for choosing services suited to their needs.
  • Bookings are completed online via our booking form.
  • The client guarantees that all information provided is accurate and true.
  • A confirmation email summarizing the booking will be sent immediately.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • In accordance with consumer regulations, bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the selected rate’s terms.
  • Prepaid bookings and deposits ( arrhes ) cannot be modified or refunded.
  • Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Rules & Conduct

  • Clients must present a valid ID upon arrival and complete police forms if required.
  • Clients must respect the establishment’s internal rules. Any behavior contrary to public order or good morals will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Prices & Payment

  • Prices are displayed all taxes included (TTC) in the establishment’s currency. Exchange fees are the client’s responsibility.
  • All stays must be paid on-site in cash , unless a digital guarantee/prepayment is required during booking.

Liability & Claims

  • Platform photos are illustrative and not contractually binding.
  • irrikitourism is not liable for issues caused by force majeure, third parties, or internet outages.
  • Any complaint must be submitted in writing within 8 days after the departure date.

Privacy & Data

  • Personal and banking data are collected securely and shared only with necessary partners (like Stripe) to process the booking.
  • Electronic validation of the booking form acts as a legal signature. Client IP addresses are recorded for security.
